Pamela S. Evers is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, District of Columbia, and the U.S. Supreme Court.  She has practiced law since 1991 with a focus on business issues including business formation and corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, business torts, intellectual property rights, environmental compliance, product liability, and personal injury. She earned a B.S. degree from Kansas State University, an MBA from Emory University, a JD from Southern Methodist University School of Law, and an LLM in Environmental Law from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College. She also earned a Certificate in Public International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law in The Netherlands.

Ms. Evers is a Navy veteran and, since 1999, has taught business law, entertainment law, environmental law, and international business for Stephen F. Austin State University (1999-2001) and the University of North Carolina Wilmington (Associate Professor, 2001 – 2019).   She authored environmental laws and supporting law enforcement procedures for the Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Tribe of Chippewa Indians and, as a Fulbright Senior Specialist, she developed and authored an intellectual property rights program for the University of Malta. 

In addition to law practice and teaching, Ms. Evers has worked as a business manager in retail and restaurant establishments.   She has trained with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and has received training in ISO 14000, Design for Six Sigma, and Total Quality Leadership.  Ms. Evers owns a farm in Texas and has been a horse owner for most of her life.
